To Make a Booking

  • Since our rooms are various in designs, please click at the door for each room in our website for more pictures, information and room rate. Then please tell us your favourite room that you would like to stay with check in and check out date (the alternative choices for room would be helpful).
  • Your full name and family name in the passport are required especially for Chinese guest, please do not book with your English name if it is not the same as in passport.
  • Please send your enquiry to rooms@reflections-thai.com
  • After the booking confirmed, credit card information will be required to guarantee the booking.

Conditions

1. No show: 1 night charged on your card automatically.

2 .Cancellation must be made at least 3 days before check in date in "writing" only (in office hours).
Otherwise, one night will be charged on your card automatically.

3 .For group booking ( 10 guests or more ) , to cancle less than 24 hrs, one night for each room will be charged in the card automatically. There is also a charge for 2nd night, 50% on weekday night(s) and 100% on weekend night(s) FRI,SAT.

'' We will not charge your credit card EXCEPT in the cases mentioned above (condition no.1-2). You can pay for the room rate and other expenses on check out date.''

4. Rate is per room per night include breakfast, value added tax, not include any bank charges when making a money transfer or draft

5. Maximum two guests per room.
6. Child ages less than 10 yrs old no charge if no extra bed (only 1 CHD allowed in one room), breakfast included
7. Third person or extra bed will be charged 700 Baht / room/ night/ person incl breakfast.
8. C/I time : 13.00 hrs. & C/O time : 11.00 hrs. For early C/I & late C/O depends on a room availabilities with an extra charge
